Co-Host the Welcome Dinner on Friday, November 14 from 6:30-8PM. Your corporate name will be announced and your corporate banner will be prominently displayed at the dinner, also displayed on billboards weeks before the event, the sponsor marquee throughout the show weekend, printed on the souvenir T-shirts, engraved on a specialty trophy given day of show, printed in the local and national media, and on the website. Shining Star level contributions postmarked before August 30, 2008 will be included on the event flyers and provided a link on our website.

ENCLOSED INVOICE/RECEIPT AND RETURN WITH YOUR CHECK TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. ALSO, INCLUDE THREE (3) COPIES OF YOUR CORPORATE LOGO FOR USE AS YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS.


BRONZE SPONSOR: $150.00

Any sponsor level contribution will be greatly appreciated in the ongoing fight against cancer. 

Corporations are invited to contribute 200 imprinted items (coupons, key chains, pens, cups, etc.) for Goodie Bags given to car show registrants. We would also appreciate something from your corporation for the auction, a chance drawing, or door prizes. Your company would receive recognition for any items donated. Please phone if you would like us to pick up your contributions.
