Become a Sponsor at the 2008 Show
You are invited to be a CORPORATE SPONSOR by contributing in one of the monetary levels listed below:


*SHINING STAR* SPONSOR: $2,000.00 
Co-Host the Welcome Beach Dinner on Friday, March 16 from 6:30-8PM. 
Your corporate name will be announced and your corporate banner will be prominently displayed at the dinner, also displayed on billboards weeks before the event, the sponsor marquee throughout the show weekend, printed on the souvenir T-shirts, engraved on a specialty trophy given day of show, printed in the local media, and on the website.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $1,000.00 
Your corporate name will be displayed on the sponsor marquee throughout the show weekend, printed on the souvenir T-shirts, engraved on a specialty trophy given day of show, printed in the local media, and on the website.

GOLD SPONSOR: $500.00 
Your corporate name will be displayed on the sponsor marquee throughout the show weekend, on a set of awards, on the souvenir T-shirts, in the local media, and on the website.

SILVER SPONSOR: $300.00 
Your corporate name will be displayed on an award, on the souvenir 
T-shirts, in the local media, and on the website. 
Deadline is TBA


CORPORATE NAMES WILL APPEAR ON SOUVENIR T-SHIRTS FOR THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTE AS ONE OF THE TOP FOUR SPONSOR LEVELS BEFORE THE PRINTING DEADLINE ON JANUARY 31, 2007. PLEASE COMPLETE INVOICE/RECEIPT AND RETURN WITH YOUR CHECK TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. ALSO, INCLUDE (3) COPIES OF YOUR CORPORATE LOGOS FOR USE AS YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS.


BRONZE SPONSOR: $150.00 
Your corporate name will be displayed on a set award and in the local media.

COPPER SPONSOR: $75.00 
Your corporate name will be displayed on one award and in the local media. 
Deadline is TBA


Any sponsor level contribution will be greatly appreciated in the ongoing fight against cancer. 

In addition, Sponsors are invited to contribute 150 imprinted items (coupons, key chains, pens, cups, etc.) for Goodie Bags given to car show registrants. We would also appreciate something from your corporation for the silent auction, a chance drawing, or door prizes. Your company would receive recognition for any items donated. Please phone if you would like us to pick up your contributions.

This event has contributed $8,500 in the past five years to the American Cancer Society of the Emerald Coast. If you have any questions please call, fax, or email. Thank you for your time, consideration, and previous support.
